basically back to this topic;

• if you're running muku scout, boss dmg is better
  => muku gives 15% atk scaling up to 30%, so boss dmg is undiluted vs this

• if you're running elite module, no muku scout, atk% is better, as atk% will be undiluted

• if ur running both, you have to account for other bonuses from modules or imagines, but in general boss/melee or ranged will still be better, bc of muku's giant atk% scaling
