Make sure you check the rates, they aren't amazing.

the only way to dispose of them is to plant the seed and recycle the plot of land you planted it in

to make this easier, you can plant all your tulips, then enter homestead menu and select the ones with new tulip seeds planted using the multi-select option top left

then click the recycle button top right
