tina t0 actually messes up player flow, and potentially misaligns cooldowns and confuses dps rotations assuming youre reacting in the moment. it does let you "reopen" but that can be weird for some classes that are proc based. i think if you have a party comfortably opening with tina you should adjust for her timings and prepare to re-open every minute or its increase in damage is so marginal the cons of messing up rotations may outweigh the pros for the party.
