Talents and affixes make it quite hard to monitor. Imagines also play a role.

All Twitch drops are arriving in my ALT’s mailbox only, not my main Shield Knight.

What I’ve tried:

• Claimed drops from Twitch inventory
• Watched Drops-enabled streams
• Checked mail on both characters

What’s happening:

• Rewards appear exclusively on my alt (created first in early access)
• Main character receives nothing

Theory: Twitch was bound to the alt’s Role ID during initial linking at playbpsr.com/twitch_bind. The dropdown likely defaulted to the first logged character.

Questions:

1. Can I re-bind Twitch to my main without losing past drops?
2. Is there any way to transfer existing drops from alt to main?
3. Is there a known support process or in-game fix?
