yeah Veno is more for Lifebind, not entirely useless on Smite though.
Technically, it would be either that or "Bear" unless you had SGK and GK to T5 which is really far away unless 
It won't be a huge loss for raids if you run Tina + Airona as Smite especially if you do pub runs and can't coordinate Veno usage.
It's just M5 max score hunting in particular where Airona doesn't really do anything at all... because if people die it adds so much time that it's basically a wipe.

Airona has inflated value for new raids / progression through newly released content but that value will diminish as people learn the raid, it's still nice to have as a safety net, just not a huge priority

U just aim on upgrading from lvl 10 to the max on the weapon, earrings, necklace, ring, and charm.

Just aim to get lvl 1 crystals until you get to lvl 10 the slots i told u

You can choose to refine random endurance slots to inflate your AS score for sure, but its pointless
