let me be honest, you probably are one of the very few.. I personally don't even see the issue, the game already got censored for no reason despite having swim wear in the shop, it's as if you're not satisfied enough and want every female character in trousers 100% of the time just to not have indecent thoughts, which isn't a game problem, but a mental issue of the player.. (not saying you want that - the skirt flipping/weights are not the issue but the movement, doing crazy somersaults, spinning around and dashing, which would be quite literally the same issue IRL if someone with a skirt would do such movement)
The only solution is to not use these items if they're bothering you - anything else is actively hurting the game for obvious business reasons

what annoys me more is that red/green color "christmas scheme" and items that have locked color channels, like golden pieces etc - instantly makes me not want to buy anything, like the profile frame, and items that have parts that cannot by dyed
former is definitely a me issue, the latter however is something that shouldn't be, especially on items that have dye channels free but devs were too lazy to add them, because it really isn't that hard to do so, it's just laziness on their part

I do not have any problems of sort with swimsuits since well.. they're swimsuits. I am also not stating that I want female characters to wear trousers 100% because I'm getting indecent thoughts but solely because like someone said "it's always in your face". I am woman myself. My problem was also not because the character was doing sommersault or spinning around. My problem lies when my character is just running and the dress completely becomes a tutu which if you want to apply irl physics no it shouldn't work like that. I have played around 3d modelling years ago to know you can definitely add gravity or heavyness on the said clothes and this one can just also be pure laziness from the devs.

My only beef with the dress physics is that they lay terribly on mounts and on the ground. Not a deal breaker or a huge issue in the grand scheme of things, it just affects my OCD when I do posing in camera mode.

it may be laziness or intentional oversight - the game was ported from one engine to another and they may have simply used the easy route of not adjusting it and kept it like it was in the original BP (not sure though if it had the same physics, never played it, but it was originally a game made by Japanese devs and I bet they totally knew what they're doing, panties are a huge thing there after all ) anyways - apologies if I understood your comment in a wrong way, had to deal with a lot of people forcing "their censorship" onto different types of media out of self-interest and not for the good of the artist or creator nor appreciating the creation, like art or sculptures as reference

1A1A1A is the lowest brightness and saturation possible, but its appearance isn’t close to a true black.

If you want a really dark black, instead chose a deep blue or deep purple hue and set the saturation somewhere in the 45-55 range

Don’t believe it actually exists within the available table ranges. But you can try eyeballing a similar color by setting the brightness and saturation to max, then adjusting the hue until you’re satisfied with the color

A little hack you can do is take a screenshot, open the screenshot in a photo editer, use the eye dropper tool to get the color, then hover over the color once you select it. Its how im able to color match outfits to certain cosmetics

(Edit: sometimes its not exact but it brings you really close and you can just adjust the color from there as a starting point)

It’s the skin preset in the lower row, furthest left. If I remember right the first slider is all the way to right, can’t remember what I set the second slider to.

Makeup can’t explain off the top of my head, every one of those were mid-range slider combinations.
