If you type Europe or something that contains "Euro" ( as the currency or any other currency ) into the chat, you will automatically get muted. Their filtering system is a bit outdated and cause players to randomly get muted on words that contain certain stuff. You will either have to wait for the 20hrs mute to pass, or you can try your luck contacting support.

Hello I've started playing recently metin2 and I've been using different accounts plenty of time and stupidly enough I've noticed that I keep getting IP blocked for certain 6 hours and I've no idea how to stop having this problems since it's frustrating to not being able to play for such a long time each time. The problems starts when I try to log-out of the current gameforge account and when log-in a different one it sometimes tells me "invalid account data" and then I can't even log-in back to my other accounts. Or when I try to log-in through google it infinitely loads without opening my webbrowser. This issue happens almost daily for me and it's making it unplayable for me... I've also tried to simply make new metin2 accounts on the gameforge account but it keeps saying "Error Occured" or when I try to add existing metin2 accounts that I made it says "Failed to add your game account"....

Fun game tough, gameforge website and forum up 2 minutes down 20, client tells me to repair client after i uninstall it, servers going down without a reason, Gameforge fix ur client bugs and stop adding new things to the games because we dont enjoy em if everytime we change channels we have to close and start client again or we have to close due to black screens or teleporter issues that havent been fixed since the game was released.

They're doing maintenance on their network, that's probably why you're getting repair on the client itself. Because client can't connect to server and that's why it says repair cuz thinks something wrong on client.

The easy solution is to either separate the tiger accounts from the felis accounts in different emails, or leave things as they are and block new registrations with tiger accounts from now on, since the error was theirs and it took 8+ days to realize and not notify anyone. The main fault is theirs

The hard truth is that as long as there are people spending monthly 1-5k$ just to keep the top rankings and to keep up with events and new bosses and stuff. Gameforge will do totally nothing to improve anything. People are complaining about the game and its mechanics all the time since the game released and gameforge pretty much laughs at them. As long as they get their payouts from our pockets they wont even try because they dont have to. Once in a while they make "something new" like merging servers, creating new events based on the same mechanic like : drop something and see what you can get for that but pay money and youll get it instantly with no need to play 10 hours a day droping that stuff" When they make the "something new" thing they are just refreshing their poll of people spending money, there is aways a point on a server where everybody stops or slows very much donw the amount of $ they spend monthly, gameforge for sure sees every month at income statistics and when they see the $ are too low they make "something new" and people all of the sudden start to spend just to be the first the fastest and the best... AND ALL OF THAT MY LOVELY METINERS IS CALLED TYPICAL MMO RPG with p2w itemshop 🙂 now stop complaining or stop spending and maybe theyll start to improve the game not the ways to get your money 🙂

if someone thinks that after like 15 years of overall game improvement in other games gameforge will spend money to keep up with the grafics mechanics or innovation with other developers, just think how many $ will they make of that compared to other companies. Metin 2 is overaged, no developer is gonna be able to refresh Metin to a level of today games, same with games like TIBIA, REALM and other classics, their time to shine is over, refreshing them can have only two outcomes: 1. the game will be better and nicer to longtime Metin players but still to weak for the new generation and so the game will have same amount of players oooorr 2. Refreshed metin will be worse than the one we have now because of many problems theyll strugle with on new engines new graphics and new mechanics and all of the sudden metin dies because not even the longtime players will resign due to even worse game experience than they have now 🙂 there is literally no way for gameforge to make metin 2 a game that is suitable to new generation. the fact is that now most of Metin2 players that achive lv 90 + with decent EQ are born 1985-1998 cuz this generation played metin2 the most and they are still playing.
