Anybody else got this? and if yes how you solved it. In ticketing they told me both that i am and that i am not banned, anyhow they said that staff won't support me in this issue. so i have no idea 🙂. The only information is that i have some software that gets blocked by the anti-cheat and prevents me from playing but i can't start the game on a new pc neither.
Response for first 2 messages: i don't have anything like that. i basically have the same programs installed for years already. In my opinion the problem appeared after they turned off the gameforge authenticator for me because i changed my phone. before that everything was ok, after that, i can't play the game.
The thing that i hate the most is that after 4 weeks of ticket-exchange, everyone accused me of using "illegal software", i even sent a photo with my programs but all staff is hiding behind the T&C and show zero compassion or think about giving me the benefit of the doubt.
@halcyon wyvern i feel so sorry for the things you lost. The only things that i did in the game in the past months was to visit the biologist for 1 min a day and i woke up to this.
Even more. in 3 tickets i was told all these things:
- i got banned for using "severe botting"
-there is no banned account on my email
-my gameforge account and metin2 accounts are fine, only i am restricted.
-that i am banned for using illegal software.
@cedar flare at least someone bothered to tell you that. i was instantly shut down with "illegal software, we won't help". i feel sorry for you, as for everyone else who received this "fake ban"

Yo are like that because of updates they make and the new server amber... This is a crap comunnity only GAMEFORGE can take yo that out.

I am having the same issue for the past 4 weeks and couldn't solved yet. Was asked if I have a VPN running, which I do NOT. I have one that I use for work, but when I try to play I turn it off. It really baffles me how this game has been out and running for so many years yet Hackers still exists. The cheatblocker was added to the game as a way of keeping legit players safe and keep the hackers away, meanwhile cheatblock was banning legit players instead of actual hackers. With the new servers is sooo frustrating trying to farm with only 2 channels loads of other desperate players in search for metin stones and hackers that have already ran away with the loot(
). I should’ve stuck to my decision when i stopped playing this rubbish but i can’t because its the game i grew up with its addictive and everytime i come back to it i remember why i left in the first place. As someone said once i think GF and hackers are doing some sort of partnerships to run the game…

Hi, I'd like to ask something, probably am not gonna get respond also don't know where and how to ask. Well, I have been to management teams for kinda many years. There were tons of problems that occured by system or players itself but we were there to help right? I would like to ask one question if to refresh my reasoning logic to compare with something happened a few minutes ago. Does high tier of management of Metin2 staff as roling TL or CM have right to ban a player due to a trade where one of them were got item by stealing it and the other side of trade is innocent while trade is happening? Can those manager ban the player who took it from trade but no idea the item traded was stolen? Do head admins of Metin2 let the managers ban players just by through their authority? Since I was managing Metin, I never judged a player who took an item from trade from anybody else who could possibly stole it and giving away but who will be there to protect his trade rights? What if as a player I get banned due to accepting an item from trade and don't (actually can't it is impossible to know item is safe or not) know it is stolen or not? Trade is trade. Will you ban me? Sincerely.

Its sad how easy it was to ban innocent players but it is so difficult for the game masters to enter grotto or SD 2 to ban bots.... The bots reaching level 90 without getting banned sounds like a bad joke. Maybe instead of giving some warnings on discord that mean nothing, or being passive agressive in discord (which is super childish) maybe use that effort to ban bots, or give us a platform here on discord where bots can be reported with a simple screenshot to help the GM ban them instantly... #GFBanBot
