You know that they are banning you guys without a reason just to start again from Point 0? You need to use your credit card much more from lvl 1, as you need as lvl 20 champ , where you can farm and buy with yang anything you need. Anyway, Last year, before a New server was going to open, was another ban wave. They Will do this every Time they Will open a New server cause you Will always be a pack of obedient puppies, Who Will always start on theyr New servers.

So, it appears that just by logging many clients rapidly is detected by the automatic system as a hack. According to what I've been reading on the various official boards, all of the banned accounts share a common property - multiple and rapid logins. This would explain why empty characters used to farm Meley, or to donate experience in guilds, are banned. And this also supports Dennis' answer from the previous year - "they just need to read the communication between client and servers".
Well, this is totally unfair. We're being addressed as cheaters when we actually did not do anything wrong... And just because the cheat-blocker intelligence is too limited to distinguish real bots from false positives.
If GF won't rethink about this whole story, I seriously think I'm going to quit once and for all, I can't accept being addressed as a trickster of some sort when OUT THERE there are so many real bots, hackers, spammers, faulty players* exchanging won/items for real money...

Thats where ur wrong. A GM/GA has 0 to say too. I know multiple ex GM's and they all told me they had no say in anything. The ppl in charge are Max and Dennis. Max reports to Dennis. Dennis is PM so he is the reason nothing gets done.

Even GM's are extremely limited in what they can do. Some GM's cant even ban bots because they dont have the admin powers for it. I dont know if u are aware of it, but being a GM is not their job. They're doing this in their free time. They dont get payed €. They get some ingame stuff and thats it. Do u rly think ppl that dont even get payed € have any say in what is being done?

Hello, following my ticket for the 4-day ban, here is the response from GO Aristi using unauthorized software (this has already been written on the email). I had no specific correct answer! Paso is completely absent from the subject, since he alone can verify the statements! Because there have already been abuses of Ban in 2020! There is even a link from Mr Robot who says so (I can provide it if needed). So I really don't think I have a banned program! If finally a GM GA Coma could give us a list of all the programs that are prohibited. So far no ticket has given me the answer to the actual ban! in France, until proven guilty, we are not guilty! We are not in Germany (there is a case law on this subject! But hey, we have to go to court!)

So please be clear. It is necessary to say the prohibited programs rather than to imply that one uses such a program

I would like to ask several question depends of yesterday night meeting results with TR coma and gm's.

1. which programs Cheat blocker check? because of it seems some of players got ban even they ddnt use any illegal software related metin2. For this reason cheat engine might have confusion to scan computer programs ports etc. ( Actually I dont know how system works. However I try to rise an idea about this bad duration)

2. About USING VPS server which has static IP and like a normal computer windows. I asked this question because of it seems CB unfortuneltly checking other software which are cracked on computer like adobbe,autocad,solid etc. . For this reason, for playing metin2 more safetly, if CB not going to be fix, we have to use more safety computer which dont have any other program at computer or we can install windows and install metin2 at VPS if there is no problem to use it.

3. If CB has really problem, are there any possiblty to open back banned account withn reset their minor point (somethinng related punish rate 1 2 3 etc.)

4. Around of the world, lots of players and especially turkish players trying to prove to they dont using hack tools for metin2 and got banned. Nowadays, we also saw some of influencer (youtuber, twicth streamer) got banned.
   We are afraid to log in.

5. About TR Coma and team, they really doing own hand of best to explain duration to players and helping them. However we knew, they dont have enough possiblty to check details of ban reason except "external software bla bla.."

Finally, I dont want to make any misunderstaning. My account has not been banned by CB but it is not mean to it will not... if we are a big family as a Gameforge, we really wait good news.
