In Poland noone from support reads appeal. Many players was banned, me too. I have never used cheats, but Support in answer gives me copied information "Hi! We found external software". No evidence... It's sad 😦

i dont think that would be true i have been playing for 10 years never once i was treated with unfairness and most of the time they even treated us beyond fairness , i trust the team and very sorry for what happened for some , that will be a lesson to play fair . its hella funny when people complain about being banned while having those anti cheat programs in your pc, if you cant play as a normal person you really dont deserve to be playing at all, so most of those bans should stay unless you only have used macros set ups for other games but you cant really prove that so i think ur ban should stay too, now enough with the cry cry and play legit like anyone else, hacking doesnt make you good it just makes you look stupid

@hearty forge good evening i have a friend on metin2.gr we play together a few years now and she is sincere on her game. On the 08/12/2020 we had maintenance and her main account got baned all her other accounts didn't we sent a ticket and they answer that she was using illegal program's or bot. I believe something got wrong when they check it . Today 10/12/2020 after today's maintenance she still has her main account banned. Is there anything that i can help her to prove that she's inocent and something went wrong and unbanned her account. Thank you very much for your time

@shadow kayak they would response you in the couple of days, but in my opinion if the new cheatblock is too sensitive, your cases will only improve this system, just image how many cheaters have been banned, and they replaying about bans too, same with Xmas event, that is for bots too, maybe legal but still for bots, it's not fair for typical player who plays casual, but this is GF or Webzen mistake

bro cheatblocker is a software like any other software he can have bugs errors work in way not like expected hi can make mistakes as i said earlier one time someone reported me using a picture and GM with no experience banned me based on that picture in this picture all you can see is level 1 ninja stuck somewhere it was shop account based on that picture he judged me as wall hack let's not discuss why i need wallhack in shop account and the picture that has marks that proves this picture may be modified
the point her is someone with no experience in this game can easily judge someone for being cheater hack bot ....
when in reality he is just legitimate player that time i was unbanned in 24h when i got my ticket to higher ranked GM with more experience problem solved

and this is not just the case of metin anyone with no experience in game can't judge if that player is really a cheater or no hopefully there is some real gamers here one question for them
how many time you played online and some inexperienced players and sorry for n word but noobs yelled at those player cheaters bots hackers ??

i have been banned once in my life form gm with no experience too and a proof that doesn't match the standards
i contacted the support team i got my ticket to a more experienced GM and explained the situation in 24H as soon he got my ticket i was unbanned

why is that ? because the person that banned me has no experience couldn't make difference between a legitimate player and a bot you think your cheatblocker can be any better than this GM ?!!
it's just an algorithm that has been written by programmers just like that GM no experience and can't tell a real player from a bot

i contacted the support team i got my ticket to a more experienced GM and explained the situation in 24H as soon he got my ticket i was unbanned

why is that ? because the person that banned me has no experience couldn't make difference between a legitimate player and a bot you think your cheatblocker can be any better than this GM ?!!
it's just an algorithm that has been written by programmers just like that GM no experience and can't tell a real player from a bot

@stone citrus its not on their end, I mean it is but would need a complete game engine rework, it has to do with your connection failing and the game only pinging your char every 30 secs or 45 secs, cant remember exactly.
