i dont know about the other communities but in our forums, we just get ban for nothing. you cant write anything about the problems in the game. if u do u got banned from forums and you should create a new forum acc and wait for 1 week to write in that forum.

For the people who don't know, there are two type of red message, the one where if u use a diferent computer or a Virtual machine u can access the game again, or the one where even if u change computer, reset router, download gameforge again, it wont matter cus it will keep saying game is unavailable for u.
Good luck messaging support, cus all they are going to say is "use of external software" and they are going to do nothing about it lmao

A friend of mine have that problem at 2 a.m after 5 hours worked again in my case i open the pc typed my log in details started the game i took the dss mision enter enchanted forest played 10 minutes after that i got disconected and bam the Red banner appear with that message.

Even tho it is showing the same thing on pre gameforce client account banned emails, if you are sure you arent banned, you can just log in to game using a vpn then return back to gameforge client with closed game to turn off your vpn again, idk why but sometimes i have to do this to log in
@frail field i had x2 clients open from yesterday and i can play on them,but when i try to open new account this shit happens,so thats not banned acc for sure
