Hey there - if you haven't played for a very long time it's possible that your items have been transfered to your Itemshop storage. This usually happened after a servermerge if you did not manually select a server that you want to transfer to.

This can happen sometimes. If you recently tried to add accounts to your Gameforge-live account. Just close the gameforge launcher completely (sometimes a complete restart of your pc helps too). You could also try to restart your router or even try to log in using your mobile internet.

However, this option is only for a few servers. If you play on a special server (ruby, tiger ghost, onyx) you won't be able to move your character to or from.
As well, you'll need the lv 30 biologist mission done to "see" the transfer tickets in the item shop.

This is the support team response today. I had the same exact issue. You have to wait 24 hours from the LAST time you tried to login. And then try again after 24h.

Anyone had issues with the gameforge platform ? I can't install it, also I can't log in on the official gameforge site, is saying: "Invalid data account" .

The game worked just fine until 1-2 hrs ago. I tried reinstalling - won't work, tried to restart PC, same issues...

Any idea is appreciated.

Hello, I have a problem when creating an account. When I enter the account name, an error occurs.

It means that the name is either taken or you have already used the 3 daily accounts creations. Try adding some random characters at the end to make sure the name is unique, if it still fails, you have to wait 24h without trying, to reset the timer.

Contact support, I also have this issue and as I see, not just for me.

It's useless, if the issue can be solved it will go away on it's own after 24h. If the issue can't be solved they won't do anything anyway. Know people that hadn't been able to make acounts in the last 30 days, or some who have permanent red bar and staff can't do anything.

I always do it this way, but you MUST not try in this time. If you try after some(but less than 24 hours since last try) hours it will reset the timer and you'll have to wait again. To note, i am not sure how timezones influence this, so for you might be 20 hours, or 27, idk.
