tigerghost is an invite only server you need to participate in their streams i believe and they give out random codes. if youre just starting i recommend you start on the public servers first

for password reset you have to be sent to the website in your browser and type your email there
i think that still doesnt trigger an email to be sent, but then sends you back to gameforge launcher where you can then request a new code. Do that once and wait for the mail. that worked for me (after i did it wrong once and have to wait an hour). Additional codes you request will fail and also turn your first one invalid.. makes you wait an hour

What I do is making 6 characters and having each one take the spot on top of the first set of stairs. Then zoom out my minimap as much as possible and I can easily see which ores spawn.

There are a lot of issues in Shinsoo, but I don't know the other two. For example the level 30 metin from the center can spawn across the river instead. The metin from the bottom right corner can spawn on the road close the white oath, making them hard to spot
And the south metin level 30 can spawn on the other side of the river where the Bestial Specialists usually spawns
