I have all my accounts on GF laucnher (+20), I can't access to the game, I have a red band with wrotten "This game is not available for you, please contact assistance" or a similar message.

Sometimes, I can't access the web gameforge login. When I tried with a vpn, I could log back but still not access the game. So I sent a ticket to Gameforge, and they answered me :

"Regarding the use of VPN or Proxy:
Please note that section 3.2.5 of the Terms of Use states that use of Gameforge's services through anonymization services or similar initiatives designed to suppress or hide the IP address or real identity of the user is prohibited. As explained above, we cannot intervene in such a situation. Indeed, the system is automatic, we do not have the possibility to intervene manually in case of use of such services.

However, after checking, it turns out that the problem encountered is directly related to the use of a third-party program that automates all or part of the actions in play (=otherwise called botting).
Please note that this is a violation of the T&Cs, especially point 4.3.

The restriction is placed automatically via our security system, we cannot intervene manually. Without stopping the use of third party software, you will not be able to access the game.

Finally, due to the non-compliance with the TOS, support is unable to process this or any other request related to this case."
