5th Gen Logic Board issue

I've got a 60gb 5th gen I got from a parts lot. Doesn't turn on, but something on the front of the board has shorted and gets hot when plugged in. I've got another 5th gen and have tested all other parts and they work normally.
Does anyone know what the damaged part of the logic board is, and if you can get replacements without having to order another board?
