hello ipod nano 7gen says to connect to itunes
when i connect via windows it just says «itunes has detected this ipod in recovery mode, use itunes to restore it» and when is click OK it just exits itunes
and in MacOS when i plug it in it just spams Finder windows ,,,,, how can i fix this lol

Restart it and hold the volume buttons down. Should go into disk mode.

OH LOL turns out my USB hub connector was loose
that’s why it was spamming finder tabs
