Hello, i think my nano died, i acidentally put more rubbing alcohol than i should to clean the dock and the backlight is brindled as expected but some seconds after i noticed that the backlight was cooked the nano died at me but after some seconds charging it came back to life (idk how but i dont think it restarted because it was playing the same music that it was playing before) but the clickwhell was unresponsive and after some minutes it died aswell but i could turn it on again but it asked to restore but i just restarted and it worked but then i restarted it again to boot on podzilla but it doesnt want to turn on again, i double checked and no blackspot and the ipod is cold so i dont think it is the battery but at the same time i dont think that 100% rubbing alcohol can destroy the nand, cpu or ram.

First, punctuation is your friend.
Second, was it completely dry before you attempted to power it back on after cleaning with isopropyl alcohol?
Yes
At the least in the inside, the screen has a gout that didn't sink to the backlight
Edit: the nano turned on!!!!!!!!!
The backlight is very very brindled and the clickwhell is kinda weird but i think i fixed it, it turned on after i sucked the air inside of it, when the air was clean and it didn't alcohol in it i turned it on and it just worked
Also where can i get a replacement for the display, back and front panel and batery?
Also can i just solder and mlc in it? I have and spare 32gb wii u which iirc has an samsung or skhynix mlc nand chip
And an 32gb na-no 1st gen would be amazing brcause even the nano touch wasn't avaliable in 32gb
I’ve never seen a successful nand upgrade
People have tried
Also I doubt your chip would even have the same bga pattern
Probably cheaper to buy a used nano at this point. But a simple google search will have results for parts. eBay is probably your friend.
Brindled?
That’s a dog coat
dappled
