Title basically says it, got that augment, upgraded units with a veteran xayah in, she did not give half her mentor bonus to any starred up units.
Pictured, just upgraded my Kobuko with Xayah in, so he should have gotten antoher base 2% damage amp but he did not and is still at the base 4.

yes, and Learn from the best gives half of any active/benched mentor bonus to a unit whenever the star up
so with xayah in, who gives 4% damage amp, it should give 2% damage amp to any unit when they get starred up
