Power up disappears/does not work on unit after 2 star

I had two kayle's on bench and picked surge 66, I then bought kayle in shop to 2 star and my power up was used, it shows its on kayle but does not show up on the left side or work in combat and the Power remover says there is no power on kayle.

also, just tried putting another fruit on her and it says it already has a fruit
