Mudtusks does not drop the Chapter 6 for me

Tried abandoning quest, reloging, restarting the game, none of that worked.

You have previously done chapter three quest, correct? And then got the chapter 6 one? It only works if you have done chapter 3 first

sorry for the late reply, but yes, I've finished all previous chapters

Chapter 6 is the only one I have left

It looks like you only get 1 shot at getting Chapter 6, and once you loot it you cant get it anymore. Is it possible you looted it and then got rid of the item?

100% never touched him before didn't even have that part of the map uncovered on current toon.... issue did resolve itself about 20 hours later though not sure if it was the patch that fixed it or not
