So basically just farm every so often a pest will spawn and vacuum it u cant hit the ff reduction without getting 2 waves of spawns and since ur not pest farming and u should be farming mushrooms it shouldnt be a problem to go up and kill them every 5 minutes but since u have already made ur point of not wanting to do it. then dont, it aint much ur losing but its also not much ur gonna have to do

You farm with lotus, then when pests are available to spawn, you swap to pest hunter

You can see this in the tab menu

Then when they spawn, swap back to lotus, kill them, and repeat
