I don't remember him being a meta-shaking draft in IS5 245, but he should still be viable.
In IS6, he’ll be very strong, though not really a hard to replace boss solutions like some other units. There’s also the issue of needing Titi to babysit him if you want to use him as a solution against stuff with damage reflection (relevant in ed5).
Although he is great in IS2 and IS4, he completely terrorizes those modes. I’m not sure about IS3, though, he has an EM relicless OOC, but I’m not sure about his general performance there.
