It might be easier to just find a video guide on YouTube, but basically there are two bosses where you need to defeat the right one first (waiting for 500 seconds or something also works I guess). The right one has high damage reduction so you need to block it (or control it) to reduce the dr, and it can only be blocked by block-4 when its hp drop to 50%, which is why you need a block-4 defender for that (or Tragodia?)

On the other hand it can often be played with a single borrowed 6* but that will require quite a bit of knowledge, not only about operators and enemies but also about a specific environment of each IS.
