uhh pretty much, there is a more optimal way of doing it but for lower diff that should do
you can put a healer on the same row as her to keep her alive (if you didnt roll any survival)
to do it optimally and safer, stall or at least delay the boss from walking down until 21 kills, then retreat everyone and allow the boss to walk all the way to the left side, and tank him on the left side
this way your hoshi eats way less explosions
the stage has a kill gate at 21 kills, meaning that as long as you dont phase the boss, no new enemy will spawn until the boss is phased

What I do for my runs is Borrow a Trag, a healer that I forget the name and the guard that doesn't attack until he skill, then along the way to the boss i pick up Courrier, Cuora and Raidian, Specter if I can and then what I can pick that sounds useful
