Found out that relic that gives "+12 to initial SP" works on Monst3r after she finishes her skill (as in she already has almost full 12/15 SP again, or at least she was seemingly getting bonus from that relic in my run)

Who else benefits disproportionally from that relic? Maybe there's some carry that'll enjoy this very much?
