1. SilverAsh the Reignfrost: Primarily uses Skill 2

• He has insane utilities and effect Deployment Points generation is extremely high., due to being able to slash 11 DP off an Operator.
• His slash being attached to other operators and scale with their ATK means he scales disgustingly well with relics.
• His Skill 3 is True AOE and also allows him to attach his pet to another Operator, letting them inflict Fragile on enemies, which comes in handy as a DP generator in case your Vanguard vouchers are scarce.

2. Pramanix the Prerita:

• She is extremely good in practically every IS season. (Maybe except IS#5: Sarkaz's Furnaceside Fables)
• Her Skill 1 is a low SP cost, true AOE Crowd-Control skill, allowing you to push an infinite number of enemies backwards, which makes her an extremely broken pick in harder Garden of Grotesqueries map such as "越山海" (Translation: Mounts and Seas) and "Exemplary Service", and "Glory of Humanity" - dubbed the hardest boss in IS#3: Mizuku & Caerula Arbor
• Her Skill 2 is a permanent duration skill, which deals great damage, scales well with relics and also has hit count utilities due to the snow being able to spread outside of her range
