It's hard for me to fully evaluate some of these things, at the moment I have the least experience with IS4 and I can't play the bosses there correctly, so part of my opinion may be a bit subjective but (assume no bans)

• IS5 is the hardest, the ceiling is very high with T3 egg, doing stuff fractured, leakless and Rolling Ancestors
• IS3 is the second with the push boss is not that hard and en route without bans is manageable
• then IS4 ig (idk I can't play this, you can cheese ed4 but there is still quite a bit of learning to do with ed2a and Sentinel)
• IS2, it is not that hard if you know the relicless setups for bosses, 24 in one run is a rng hell
• IS6 is the easiest, you learn how to do f2 Bosky and Shop rob with Raidian open and you will win almost every run
