Using the temp Raidian gives you a lot of quality of life benefits too. Since the temp one is maxed on skill, module, and levels. Like Fish said only your Proficiency level is used for the temp Raidian. But having the module is nice since it lets you have 10 summons stocked instead of the usual 5. So if your summons die you won't have to worry about running out of stock. Which was one of my issues when using my own Raidian.
