In IS5 she will mainly be used in Sniper/Medic Lamp comp because in other comps you will draft something stronger (or May because she is cheaper).

She can cc and ground low attitude hovering enemies, very useful e.g. in Shop Rob or some f3 and f4 stages, or generally to kill the flying chest if you lack damage.

She scales great with collectibles (ATK and ASPD), she can become a boss killer (often used as a DPS for the last phase of ed4 in Lamp runs) or she can kill the Boats in Boats face-off, although in many cases she will have DPH issues so you should watch out for that and draft Shamare to help solve those problems if necessary.

In IS3 she is a very valuable source of cc against low attitude hovering enemies.
