generally, you want to borrow wis, exu2 or trag (depending on the squad and the IS) and then grab some nice low-rarity picks, is6 has Raidian, so if you can get her to a decent level you should be able to get past a lot of the difficulties no problem

there is even a squad that lets you borrow a max level one, but you have to beat a few difficulties to unlock it
