its targeting works like this: highest density of operators/summons is top priority, if there's multiple operators/summons with the same density of other operators/summons in a 3x3 around them, then it prioritizes the one closest to the bottom of the screen, and if there's (again) multiple in the same row, then it prioritizes the one closest to the left of the screen
