It applies a def down debuff for 3.5s and buffs teams ether dmg for 3.5s

And as long as it does damage it refreshes duration (or how I assume it works)

And when the succ ends is when the 3.5 timer actually starts ticking down

So the black hole lasting for 6s instead of 4s essentially makes it so the debuff/buff lasts 9.5s instead of 7.5s

Which is probably just minmaxing
