Mine was very weird but I burst her down with sakiko, pram2 and surtr (latter placed in the tile below the boss, facing up)
If you can make it work with a similar setup, neat ig pram2 is very good at dealing with the bats and fighting in two fronts makes the screenwide less powerful + snowballs aren’t a problem since they don’t go near you
