Just replayed it to confirm a few things. I've played for a while so it was straightforward enough to clear, but I think I see the issues so here's a few hints:
- The armored enemies in the bottom lane are weak to ARTS damage
- The junkman is weak to PHYS damage
- 2 regular enemies and one junkman appear in the top lane. 4 armored enemies appear in the bottom lane.
This suggests a pretty specific configuration. You're given 1 phys DPS (Jessica), one arts DPS (Amiya), one defender with block-3 (Beagle) and 2 vanguards as well as a medic.
