You are not lacking dps, your issue is survival, as you said yourself your Lappcaster died and Mon3tr cannot sustain everyone, you should work toward fixing the issue you have. Tbh with that squad you can clear things just fine without borrowing if you deploy cleverly, but since you cant, then fix whatever issue you are having at hand. Bring Eyjaberry S1 and one more ground unit, and then make sure that ground unit and Yu are your last 2 deployed operators, that way the boss will be permanently stalled and you can take your time redeploying everything to clean up the puppets.

Wave 3 is no big deal at all, spam Blaze and Yu with Ela bombs and you'll be fine

What I'm saying is that you have 4 free slots within your roster to use as a flex slot, so if you lack in some parts you can compensate with more operators yes. Or ig if you wanna perform a certain task faster then go for it.
In the case of Executor Specialist if you've watched the guide it's used more so to stall or block the mobile cannon thing.
If you for some reason don't have gravel raised then you can instead use 1 or 2 defenders if by any chance redeployment time is also a factor.
This way it performs the same task as Gravel within that video. IF frd's a factor to take into account, else if the timing's right everytime as a default redeployment time then you can use any other defender or beefy operator for the matter.
Now, if you don't have Warfarin as a buffer you can instead use another operator that just heals and you can use Exu2 to delete the right side.
