I just used a bunch of dp gen and placed all my units in a specific order so they didn't get killed by the cross beam. Still had hoshi but the added damage against mech made it so she stayed alive. I also used a support lappland alt for extra leeway. Then all the other Vec-A,B,C levels were just nothing so it turned out i didn't really need exu alt for those.
