Try not focusing on the boss. Instead, focus on dealing with the mobs and elites first, then the boss. The annoying ones would be the golems and the transforming mobs. I suggest you drop Gladiia plus a DPS to deal with the transforming mobs at the top-right, then just Surtr the golems. After they're gone, you can deal with the boss.

Atleast that's how i did it in my alt with only Logos and Virtuosa at E2. Borrowed a Ray to DPS the tanky elites and mobs, retreat, then put her to DPS at the boss.

You just need to have lvl7 and S1, then make her face downwards so she pulls the transforming mobs.

Then have someone else DPS them.

Preferably, you'd want to transform them into Scouts, as transforming them into Avenger is pretty tanky(if you have the DPS, go ahead ig), while transforming them into Casters will DPS your team, which can add up to the boss's DPS and can kill your team if underleveled.
