Those blue arrows are Theresis path. The first thing you should do is to kill the clones in the center, start by doing the right side first (yellow squared), then deploy Wisadel on the red circled tile. While you are at it, destroy the left side clones (orange squared) so that they dont kill your Wisadel instantly. After awhile, more clones will appear on the far right and far left side on the map (marked by yellow and orange squared as well), but you only need to take care of the left side.
Wisadel on that red circled tile as you can see covers like half of Theresis path, so she will take care of his Phase 1. When he enters Phase 2, he will teleport to the right of Theresa which is still within Wisadel range, so reactivate her skill to shoot him again.
In case you need some safe tiles to deploy more dps, those green tiles are pretty safe to be deployed

man, I didn't manage to clear it, I tried to replicate ur strategy but I was fooled by how easy it looks but I actually need the right timing of deploying operators and the activation of wisadel' ult and cancellation must be done asf, but since I'm using different operators, it doesn't go the way like it should have been since they're lacking in stats (my defender wasn't useful like in the video) and ines was a bad replacement for fang because of the cost, it interferes with the following next steps. For now, I'll just level up the operators (just ansel, beagle, and hisbuscus) u have used to fully replicate ur strategy.

It's a matter of timing. You want to focus your AoE dps on top side so that during Carnival you can kill more enemies than the boss. When you see that the Firework HP is about to hit 0, activate your burst dps and have him/her focus his/her attacks at the boss.

When the boss enters Phase 2, she will first jump to the white circled tile, after that, she will do a full cycle of red ~> yellow ~> green ~> blue in that order. After several rotations of that sequence, she will finally jump to the purple circled tile and after awhile, jump to your blue box.
Use the Movement+Attack Speed Reduction Firework and cover the red circled tiles. These tiles are the critical tiles because the boss will jump around there. By applying Attack Speed Reduction during Carnival, this ensures the boss does not attack too many times, and thus higher odds for you at winning the bet (to remove the boss's Shield/Damage Reduction buff). You might also want to cover the blue squared tiles as most enemies will rush toward the Firework from top left and top right red boxes, by covering the blue squared tiles, you apply Movement Speed debuff to all of them buying your units enough time to dps, otherwise the Carnival will end prematurely and you will not have enough dps to kill the crowd.
In case you dont know, during Carnival your units hit harder, like a lot harder, so make good use of this period to clear the crowd.
Oh and, think carefully how you wanna position your units, and then engineer your Firework in a way that will not affect their tiles, otherwise they eat the Attack Speed debuff as well.

curious question: since I have 0 idea how the foundation of characters stats are build, does the higher rarity characters not have the raw stats that makes them suppose to be better than the lower rarity ones ???
