The Black Snake fight, right? If you have either Nightingale or Logos (both would be great) you can pretty much survice the fireballs. NG’s summons help a lot as they are super tanky while Logos S3 pretty much nulifies Talulah’s fireballs (if you can time it right, Logos will not lose any HP and erase the fireballs in his range)

This is my usual formation:

• Wisadel on red circled tile facing down. Her role is mainly to shoot down both Frost Nova and Patriot, but she laneholds the Frost Nova box as well.
• Ela on green circled tile facing left, she is there to help dps Frost Nova, and help Wis with her bombs. Be careful tho, the Casters spawning from Frost Nova box can kill her rather easily in d15 unless you have like HP% Relic and assign Medic to her.
• Shu on yellow circled tile facing anywhere you like. Her role is mainly to tank a few hits from Patriot buying time for Wis to shoot, but she also heals Wis, Logos, and Asca.
• Asca on Purple circled tile facing up, her main role is to lanehold all 3 red boxes. When Patriot enters Phase 2, she will be killed, but you can activate Shu's skill to heal and delay her death a bit. If you are lucky, she can even dodge a few hits from Patriot and help Shu at tanking a bit.
• Logos on blue circled tile facing left AFTER Frost Nova is dead. He and Asca can dps Phase 1 Patriot before leaving everything to Wisadel on Phase 2.

You may also use your Ulpi to take care of the Spine first if the area around Wisadel tile is under a Spine control

For some reason you run the meta ops like me, so I can confidently say this strat will work

Anyhow, the Boss itself isn't really complicated, basically a stats stick, just block him and kill him eventually

The stage spawns portals that will eat your ops, and spawn more if your Thoughts are Fractured, Normal run is like 2-3 portal iirc

Boss Phase 2 will spawn these Structures and nuke all range tiles every now and then, so u want healing for to keep your units alive
Along side the structure spawning will also spawn trash mobs, when these trash mobs reached the structure it will consider as enemy leaking, so prepare units to spawn camp

Patriot has massive Damage Reduction, unless you have tons of broken damage Relics, you want to True Damage him, preferably with Civilight Eterna. I highly recommend Castermiya, she is really good for both ending 2 and 3 if you M3-ed her S3.

Few key Relics you should try to get for this fight are:

• The Kings set. At F5 and F6, do as many Encounters as possible for high chance of King Relics set and Duck-Speed Highway.
• Try to find any of the 3 Aspd Relics: Coin Operated Toy, Chivalric Commandment, Golden Chalice. And then at F6 rob Cannot for 150~200 Ingots (use Furnace or Catastrophe Inspirer).
• Medicine Sticks and/or Wall Inspirer. They do 2 things: First is to nullify some global high-ground hits from Patriot, and 2nd is to keep you safe in case you got Flourishing Suffering. From my understanding, Suffering is coded as "damage" done on you right after you deploy your operator, and Medicine Sticks will just block this "damage".
  This here is an example on how to clear the stage #strategy message.

Oh ya, about tanking Patriot, you dont need fancy units for that because he 1 shot most operators in d15 anyway. Instead, you can bring ops like Gravel, 2 Star Yato, and some cheap FRDs. With Medicine Sticks and/or Wall Inspirer, they can take a few hits from Patriot before getting killed. The key is in their redeployment time because Patriot increases everyone's redeployment time. If you bait his attacks this way, you can Melee dps him, and I believe he doesnt have DR when you do this. Iirc DR is only applied if you hit him from more than 2 tiles away.
Thats why I like Surtr because she can dps him from 2 tiles away, and even when she receives fatal damage, she has 8 secs Immortality, this ensures she does certain amount of damage on Patriot before retreating.

But you need lotsa Aspd for that.

Also tomimi.dev says that you get +30% Attack when Patriot hits you, meaning Surtr will get damage boost when she enters her Immortality phase because she had been hit.

Yeah they can. Ulpi definitely can, especially when you bring Gladiia with you. D15 Patriot does like 10k damage only, and Ulpi has above 10k HP when his skill is active. If you want to play it safe, you can look for Holy City's Embrace or the Atk -X% Relics like Godmother's Token
