So you basically borrow Wisadel, and open with Myrtle in front of bluebox. Then deploy Wisadel right away on that red circled tile. The key is to deploy Wisadel quick and shoot Dolly in his initial spawn position after removing his shield by dropping Sodas on the green squared tile. Wisadel alone cannot 1 cycle Dolly and he will move up there to black circled tile, when he does, now you drop Soda on yellow squared tile to remove his shields and shoot him again, this will take care of his Phase 1. Now retreat your Wisadel and redeploy her later on the right side for Phase 2 and the final wave.

For the right side - first you bring Plume (and Vigna if you have her). After deploying Wisadel, drop Mountain on Purple circled tile, and then Plume somewhere in the middle, something like 4 tiles to the right of Wisadel. Dolly will drop clouds on Plume, retreat to return all DP, then deploy Ulpianus on White circled tile. You can swap Ulpi and Mountain around. The key is to always bait the clouds drop away from your defense at the right side.
