this is the simplest strategy that would work on that stage with low end operators. if it doesn't work for you, you can switch how you place your DPS operators to cover the lanes based on that setup of blockers.
If it doesn't work, you may need to level up your ops to at least e1.

The thing about the boss is that, she keeps applying Corrosion damage on the operator blocking her, and Corrosion slowly reduces that operator's defense until it hits 0. With a 0 defense, you'll likely get 1 or 2 shots, so to ensure that the one blocking her doesnt die, you either have to heal the Corrosion damage using Wandering Medic, or you retreat and replace that operator. If you do not destroy the supply boxes on the top and bottom, one (two) of Damazti clones can be blocked on either of those 2 red circles.

Ending 2 you need to do as fewer hits as possible but heavier. Wisadel will demolish that big bear. Depending on your setup, the right side might need a lot of healing, so I'd definitely plop Saria there.
