Go have a look at Ling+myrtle+X operator clears. I don't think there are any pure Ling 1op clears, but you get pretty damn close. Take something that looks like it will work or is close to working for you, and throw an extra op or two at it (along with early DP gen if needed.)
Surtr + 2 bombs for final phase can basically nuke the whole boss solo if you wait for it to phase to the second stage naturally and you set up surtr on the left side.
