it is a checkpoint issue, there is a bug in this stage where if you kill the boss at the wrong time, the boss would miss a checkpoint before getting teleported

and end up waiting after teleport for that checkpoint

this is quite random, and would sometimes fuck up your auto deploy

so if you need a auto deploy, either go with afk, or play 5D chess and account for both timeline

idk how can this even happen, I always kill the boss 1 cycle at the red box with ray
