its not just about hte spiky balls, its the side drops, i save some sanity in the long run by farming wd-8

i'm trying a Thorns Bottom lane, Surtr and Kirin Yato for Boss, Horn or Passenger for Top lane

but i keep either getting top lane killed and i have to deploy someone else for the 2 mages that spawn

or the boss takes too long to kill because i deploy yato too late/retreat too soon

normally its the first issue

i normally go Thorns bottom lane and deals with for the rest of the run > Surtr top lane > she kills the first 4 mooks and the boss' first phase while baiting the smoke > i deploy Passenger S3 or Horn S1 (this one goes in the fog)> i deploy anyone on the middle to kills the casters> i have time to redeploy kirin yato 2 times, she baits 2 fogs in the same place by his side (she takes a little over 50% in one S2), the second deploy is inside the fog but he does a ranged attack, so she manages to do the full S2 (takes around 25%)> i'd need a 3rd redeploy before he kills passenger or horn for the run to work
