mortar guys come fron 2 direction but u will have enough time to redeploy your ops. need one op for each side ,idealy guards.

for mid lane, remember to put your tankiest defender at the bottom ground tile last due to the targeting mechanic so that mortar guys will only target that defender.

in short do a chokepoint holding fight in mid lane and deploy and redeploy your guards multiple times to beat mortar guys.
with your current ops strenght, ap 5 is doable. and perfumer works well here.

Is there any general Tried and True way to clear out 12-20 Adverse? I got a run but it's scuffed and I want the AutoDeploy to work

following up from what other people said, yh your strat is solid for the squad you have

just keep in mind that since you can't burst the bear down, you need to hold all lanes

which means you need quite a few ops down

which then means you need the DP to deploy them before the bear goes brr

your reserve medic wouldn't survive either way, but your lanes would've been covered somewhat better if your DP was stable

in the end you worked with what you had, 1 leak is pretty good
