I beat it finally because it turns out that maxed hoshi/maxed kaltsit/maxed module perfumer/maxed module skalter can stall the avenger on avenger r2 indefinitely
I just needed to put perfumer next to skalter to receive the attk boost

you must not put your stalling op too close to the platform, or build the wall too close to them
the biggest range of fireball explosion when it's close enough is up to 2 tiles

Somehow hold out Avengers, Claws, and worse of them - Dogs, who can kill Spalter and run into blue box before her slow kick in
Kafka -> Kafka -> Texas alter -> Kafka to stall 2 red weebs coming together
Third Penance activation when omega weeb enters field so she kills everything before final step
Texas alter to snipe first stealth caster
Recall Pozy if 2 red weebs + claw died / Recall Penance when she clears trash
Set up: S2M3 Rope on ground, Gladiia on HG, pull omega weeb in, replace rope with Manticore
Somehow kill last stealth caster / mortal / normal dude - I did Eunectes in range of caster to stall it till Texas return

S1M3 Gladiia + Manticore can stall boss infinitely as long as you don't provoke boss charge to run away 
At least before week 2 adding global move speed because dogs too slow
