One of ways to deal with stupid cat is stall entire phase 1 with some healthly operator and alot medics (to survive Death beam), and during phase 2 just drops pillars on stupid cat (will need few hits from operators because just pillars are little short on damage)

Here's a GA-6 E0 clear if you want to farm it to buy stuff from event shop
You can easily substitute the operators used in the video for the ones you have
I'd prioritize building your base up first over trying to clear the event, but you can farm from it so you can buy LMD and EXP to help you progress faster

If you just kill Andoain sooner on both phases, it makes the rest of the map a breeze
