Honestly, if you need to get out of your way to build the uninvisible unit then blocking is pretty reliable still

As long as you can bait her into using blink before blocking and ensure that she's dead before the cd is gone

The idea is to kill Patriot & the shieldguards by chip damage from Texter and by Irene boosted with Warf. Ch'en is here to hold the top lane and give Irene SP.
For 2nd phase, you have a lot of choices like Amiya S3 + Specter S2, Redeploying irene behind Patriot for another skill and Texter for chip damage.
