I know it will very from operator to operator, however I am curious how much impact each level has. I am used to needing bigger numbers in games to make a bigger difference but the stats here are lower. Which fine, and actually my preference.

The question is, do you generally need a few levels in an operator for it to have a decent impact or does sometimes just having 1-2 levels make a decent impact in itself? It has been hard to tell so wasn't sure if there was a general rule I could fully when gauging leveling my operators.

Trying to decide if when I can only afford to level someone 1-2 levels if it's generally worth it to hold off incase something better comes along or if it can make enough of a difference in itself

Yup, and sometimes you need more healers or more defense or more snipers or something too. I know I ran into that a bit more earlier game before I learnt that when I only had one tank and one vanguard and then tried to find pseudo tanks.

even more so once you do challenge because sometimes you can't afford big cost units, you need to have them cheap units leveled up too

Although the challenge team is more vanguards/cheap units to bid time to pull out the bigger units from the main team
