I much prefer 20/20 personally. Thorns is funny with 5 of those buffs (and it's super helpful for Lappland also)
If you have Ethan built, it helps to stick him between the top and mid lanes. His S2 gives an extra panic button and lets you stall the head butters in the top lane long enough to kill them

you basically keep dropping them on FN whenever possible and bypass the entire freeze mechanic
can't freeze you to stop you from dpsing if your damage is done in 0.5s
and the +8SP starting buff means they work as helidrop and don't really need to hit FN too many times before S3 can be used
